Escape in a book ten minutes a day

Reading is important. #Books have helped me through so many different times in my life, and they can do the same for you too!

There's nothing like being able to escape into another world for a few hours, and books allow us to do just that. They're a source of #entertainment and #inspiration; they teach us new things and help us understand the world around us better. Books are an important part of any well-rounded education.

But it's not just school where #reading makes a difference—it has impact on your everyday life too! Reading helps reduce #stress and boost your #mood; it helps you fall asleep faster at night and wake up feeling more refreshed than ever before! And did you know that reading can even improve your #memory?

Reading is something that everyone should make time for every day; it doesn't have to be an hour or two every week—even ten minutes here and there can make a big difference over time!
